Born and raised in Lafayette, LA, Heather Lolley moved to New Orleans in her teens where she’s remained. Heather started her career in the restaurant business at Emeril’s Delmonico before joining Chef Donald Link as part of the opening team of Herbsaint Restaurant in 2000. She managed the bar before joining the restaurant management in 2004. In 2006, Heather became sister restaurant Cochon’s General Manager and then brought her experience back to Herbsaint as their General Manager in 2009. In 2011 Heather was promoted to her current position as Director of Restaurant Operations for Link Restaurant Group.
